AstroAdviser Pro (“we”, “the app”) makes Vedic astrology charts, daily readings, numerology and lessons. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Birth details you enter: name, date of birth, birth time and birth place (place name, coordinates and time zone). We need these to calculate your chart and numerology.
• Account: your email address or Sign in with Apple identifier, so you can sign in on a new phone.
• Preferences: app language (Hindi or English) and notification settings.
• Purchases: if you subscribe to Pro, Apple processes the payment. We receive only the subscription status through RevenueCat, never your card details.
• Consultation inquiries from the website: the name, email or phone, birth details and question you choose to send, so we can reply. Stored with Supabase in Mumbai; deleted on request.
• Questions to the AI astrologer: the questions you type and your chart are sent to our AI provider to write the answer.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or advertising identifier, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Free tools on the website

The website's Kundli, Kundli Milan, Panchang, tarot and numerology tools calculate everything in your browser. Birth details you type there are not sent to us. To find a birth place, the city name you type is looked up with the free Open-Meteo geocoding service.

How we use it

• To calculate and show your Kundli, daily reading and numerology.
• To answer your questions about your own chart.
• To send the 7am daily reading notification, if you turn it on.
• To keep the service working and secure.

We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your profile is stored with Supabase in Mumbai, India. Each account can only read its own profile. Chart calculations may use a third-party astrology API, which receives your birth date, time and place but not your name or email.

• Supabase — account and profile storage.
• RevenueCat and Apple — subscriptions.
• An AI model provider — answers to your chart questions.
• A Vedic chart calculation API — planet positions.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile and birth details from our database straight away. You can also email us and we will delete it within 30 days. See Delete account.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you.

Readings are guidance from the Vedic tradition. They are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
